General Description and Program Goal
World Mission University offers a Master of Arts in Global Leadership requiring 41 semester hours of credit. This program offers advanced training in the knowledge and practice of leadership from biblical and missional perspectives. Students will be equipped for effective leadership in Christian ministry in a global context through this 41 credit graduate program designed primarily for current and future social workers and Christian coaches.
The goal of Master of Arts in Global Leadership is to prepare students for Christian ministries in global contexts
Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of the program students will be able to:
- Equip theoretical knowledge of Christian coaching based on the Bible and theology.
- Apply Christian coaching to various ministries.
- Demonstrate professional skills and leadership in Christian coaching.
- Demonstrate cultural competence in the global coaching fields.

Graduation Requirements
To graduate from the MAGL program the student is required to have completed a minimum of 41 semester credits with a 2.5 GPA or above. As many as 20 semester credits of graduate work may be transferred from another institution. A minimum of 21 units must be completed at WMU.
