Early Childhood Education (ECE)
WMU offers several non-degree programs designed to train workers for ministry as preschool teachers, directors, and lay leaders. To the students who complete the programs, WMU will give certificates/diplomas based on the successful completion of the requirements of each program.
Preschool Certificate
This program is designed to train pre-school teachers and directors for ministry to children. A high school diploma or its equivalent is required for admission, and students must complete the required courses with an average grade of ¡°C¡± or better in order to receive the Certificate.
Teacher Certificate
Required Courses: 16 Hours
Director Certificate
Required Courses: 18 Hours
